Beachfront Vacation Rental, Beautiful Views from the 5th story balcony.

Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fifth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach chairs (2), an umbrella and beach towels provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

Great place, exactly what we needed

My family stayed for a short vacation while in town for a wedding. The place was a great location for us and a great layout for our needs with a 20 month old. We particularly enjoyed having a rocker. My son (6) loved the pool. Would rent here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The view from the balcony is beautiful. We watched the sunrise every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and having a washer and dryer to use is a bonus. Would stay here again.

Wanted to stay longer

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed even longer. The room has the best view from both the living room and bedroom. Our teenagers loved that they had their own room. There was plenty of room on the beach to spread out and enjoy the ocean. We found so many shells. The pool on the ocean, covered parking, carts to bring up groceries, and easily accessable garbage shoot were bonuses that improved an already incredible stay. Can't wait to go back!

Summer valentines

The condo was nice with all the amenities described. Quiet area and centralized with easy access to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. The beach area was nice with long walks anytime of the day. The pool has restricted hours till 8pm which is understandable to not bother other residents. All units face the ocean with nice sun rise visibility every morning. The covered parking was nice to keep the cars cool. Thank you for being a great host.

Can't beat the wonderful view.

We had a wonderful stay. The cleaning wasn't the best ever but for the price to us it wasn't a big deal. The beds were just average. Not super comfy but not the worst. We had a full kitchen with plenty of accessories, 2 bathrooms, and the most amazing view with a oceanfront balcony. My kids had their own room and we slept 6 comfortably. Overall it was a wonderful stay. If you are boujee idk if this place would be for you but for the price and the view you get is was 100% worth it to us. We even tried to extend a day but couldn't bc of availability. We would probably stay again if we ever go back out that way.

Good and Not so Good

Good: *Amazing view of the beach and ocean - Saw lots of dolphins *Everything inside looks exactly like the pictures. Very nice furniture *Beds were really comfortable Not so Good: *Unit needs a humidifier. Cushions on couch were perpetually damp. Even after drying out on the balcony, they would be damp again the next morning. Towels would never completely dry. They were always damp. Some of my medications (that were in plastic containers) actually disintegrated from the dampness. *Water pressure was very low in showers, sinks, etc. *Lots of kids - Girls softball team + lots of other kids. Sometimes annoying and noisy *Took the ice maker 4 days to fill the container. *Had problems with the TV. Could only get the major networks. No HBO, Netflicks, etc. If all of the above were corrected, this place would be a 5+

Easy Access to Beach!!

We stayed in unit 502. The checkin process was easy and there were carts to carry up luggage. Beach and pool access was easy to get to. Condo was clean and had a great ocean view. There were some rocks in ocean, we figured stay to left on beach and you missed them. Condo also had chairs, toys, and umbrella which helped alot! Staff was really nice, we will definitely stay again maybe try a different unit!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was amazing. The view of the ocean from living room and master bedroom was so beautiful. Definitely a place for us to stay again and I recommend this to anyone.

Great view, dated building, a few issues

You can't beat the view, and you can't beat a pool directly overlooking the ocean. But the building is dated, with shabby corridors and an elevator that raises doubt in your mind when you get in it. The unit itself is updated, warm and has many nice touches, including a fine assortment of books for the pool/beach, beach chairs and an umbrella, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a TV in everyone bedroom. Unfortunately, we learned from the property manager that the master shower was leaking into the unit below us, so we had to use the secondary shower. And, there was mold on the ceiling in the linen closet, and the living room sliding glass door took a herculean effort to open, as the lower lining was slowly falling apart. We had a good time, and once again, you can't beat the location, the view, and the pool, but for what we paid, I would have expected more. Won't be back.

Lots of space for a two bedroom two full bath condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Walmart and grocery stores were very close. We would stay there again.

Lovely location, needs a little TLC as of June 2020

Great, oceanfront location in need of some TLC. Our concerns were forwarded to the property manager... Hope they can implement some of the suggestions and tighten up on the cleaning of the unit. If so, could be an outstanding property. Quiet, spacious, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. Lacking in any cleaning products and not enough dish towels or hand/bath soap. No laundry soap/pods left, either. Love the beachfront location. Cannot beat the view or ambiance of being right on the beach... Responsive property managers.

Fun Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful time on our vacation to Indian Harbour Beach Club. The condo was spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and it even had beach chairs, umbrella, and wave boards. Everything we could want or need! Highly recommend!!

Excellent view ocean front view!!! The only problem we have was the master bedroom mattress was hard/old and squeaking. And shower is low water pressure

Breathtaking views and comfortable condo

My grandmother (75), my husband(31), myself(29), and our son(9) all stayed in this cute condo for a week, visiting from Missouri. The view is absolutely amazing. The beach is literally steps away. And the pool is wonderful! The condo was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and stocked. The washer and dryer was a nice addition! The bathrooms were cleaned and well maintained. If there was any complaint, at all, it would be that the beds are loud to lay down on. That's it! Everything was amazing and I hope to be back sooner rather than later!! Would highly recommend!
