"The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking returned home around 4pm. Door code again did not work. Called again, this time he called in his housekeeper, waited over 40 minutes to get new code, which only worked intermittently. Very frustrating. On fri night had very loud guests next to us who did not quiet down until 4:30 am, but no one to call to ask for assistance with this. "

"Great Pines is my go to place when I need to go to the Adirondack and I always make it a long weekend at the Great pines. The beautiful views and the wonderful lodge make it a great place to relax and reset even if the weather doesn't cooperate."
