10/10 Excellent

"Such a good place to bring your kids. Rooms were nice Waterpark was nice. My kids loved the craft room, the staff woman working in there was so wonderful with my girls. But the waterpark restrooms were gross. Also to be honest, get food anywhere but from that hotel. Its pretty expensive for pretty unimpressive junk food."

"Family friendly, spacious rooms. Tons to do at the resort and in town. Nice casual walk to town that takes minutes. The only negative as a young family were the doors in the West Lodge. The rooms only have a push button for a lock, wish they had a high latch on both the inside and deck doors. Other than that great place!"

"A great hotel for families with smaller children. We have kids ages 6. 4, and 2 years old. And the room was clean, spacious enough, the included breakfast was a plus. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which has a kiddy pool, adult pool. Hot tub, and a water slide. Great hotel for families, we would stay there again. Super close to Lake George, and everything you'll need."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety, and we really appreciated having coffee available throughout the day. The outdoor pool was also a great amenity and one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel's location is excellent. The area felt safe, and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping, which made getting around very convenient. There were a few maintenance issues that affected our experience. The king bed had a noticeable sink in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The walls were quite thin, and we could clearly hear our neighbors. The bathtub drained slowly and filled with water while showering, and the parking lot had several large potholes that could use repair. Overall, the outstanding staff and convenient location made for a good stay, but addressing the maintenance issues would greatly improve the guest experience. We would stay there again."
