"Deadlock didn’t work, no hairdryer in room but was quickly remedied, no facial tissue, one trash can only in bathroom, limited outlets and the one picture on the wall was framed with duct tape. Pillows were terrible- lumpy. Tissue on the floor under the sink in the bathroom upon our arrival. "

"Nice clean hotel. A bit older looking but in good shape and it smelled clean. Great & friendly service, close to the Airport and downtown charlotte. "

"Cookies were excellent and staff were great. So helpful to have a shuttle to the airport and the driver was so nice. "

"Love the welcome drinks, lobby area was super fun to relax in before the Hornets game. "

"Charging the guests $16 for parking is ridiculous. The construction and not having more access to get to the rooms was also a bit aggravating. We didn't try the breakfast bar or regular bar."
