We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that...

We had parking included. Very secure building and parking ramp. Quiet. Housekeeping very attentive. Front desk staff friendly. Shout out to Eric (he was there a lot, friendly, professional and available for questions or concerns). Our room was beautiful and very spacious. We were able to walk to a local pizza bar for dinner. The check in process was a little stressful because there was no communication leading up to our stay on what to expect. I only knew through reviews and by calling the place.
