Building is newly refurnished and very secure, and I liked the commercial fire alarm and sprinklers. Host was communicative and check-in/ checkout instructions were simple. Very clean, very friendly people, and the AC stopped working and the owner and manager had someone come out first thing the next morning (it was late at night when it stopped). Convenient to local shops and restaurants (Iron Alley was our favorite!). Great winter wonderland stop for these southerners, will be back to see the river in the summer! "
