Customer service are amazing and very respectful and always smile on face and welcome in to say I had issues with my reservation and they fixing my problems and very clean the room the only thing they won't clean the room everyday but otherwise I really loved too staying here and very safe for family i really enjoying.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful, very friendly and customer focused. The location is very convenient to all downtown activities, I suggest walking along the canal. Indianapolis is absolutely a beautiful city with a small town feel.

200 for hotel stay 35 to park 45 to eat breakfast Almost 300 dollars and you could get the same hotel experience at a hotel 8 for 150 bucks or less. The staff was sweet and caring and awesome. The hotel itself not worth the price at all. I paid 170 in down town Cincinnati and had a better room better breakfast and free parking. The staff was awesome and the facility was very well kept. All in all 3.5 out of ten 2 of those starts are for the well deserving staff.
