Excellent place to stay

Convenient location to Indy and outlets. Room for family with food provided. The kids really enjoyed the large backyard. Cottage is very clean with comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

The house was warm and welcoming. It was so thoughtful that you had the eggs, milk and bread already stocked. We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage.

What a great weekend

We had a lovely weekend here. The house is just as described and Julie was a wonderful hostess. She even left us the makings for breakfast in the refrigerator and a stocked cabinet with all the basics. The house is in a great location and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home!

The location of this house is great. Its close enough to all the Indianapolis attractions to be convenient, yet far enough away for some real peace and quiet. The owner is very responsive and goes out of her way to make you feel at home, going so far as to provide milk and snacks, and a roku with netflix, and all the other streaming tv you could want.

Great place, very clean and close to everything you need for a great vacation.

Julie was a wonderful hostess, she had snacks and grocers waiting on us. After driving all day we did not need to go to the grocery store to get what we needed for breakfast. We were able to have our family members over for a cookout and fun was had by all. Thank you so much Julie for all of your hospitality.

Awesome experience!

We stayed at Julie's house while visiting family nearby. Julie's house was even better than described-it was so much like home! It had everything that anyone could need! The beds were comfortable, the house was decorated nicely, and the kitchen was stocked with snacks and spices. She even had food and drink for us in the fridge! We will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Cozy home away from home!

Cute, clean and welcoming! Very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Lots of kids games, puzzles and books to entertain them. Warm country furniture and decor. Several TV's with many movie and show options. We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again. Owner Julie was readily available, very friendly and helpful. We recommend this home to all!

Quiet, well kept and pleasant. Yet right next to anything you will need.

For our yearly trip to Indianapolis, my friends and I rented this little Cozy Cottage for a week. On the south side of Indianapolis, this place is in a very nice community, with a little of everything just down the street. The property is very well kept and, as it's name states, very cozy. Julie did a great job prepping for our stay, including changing out a couple of beds to make the sleeping arrangements fit for our group. If we have the opportunity, we will be staying here again. Thanks Julie for a great place and incredible hospitality.

Wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage

Our stay at the cozy cottage was outstanding. Property owner was very responsive from the time we made the reservation until we were back home. Very clean home with all the amenities. She welcomed us with all the kitchen essentials for a great breakfast so we did not need to stock the house. Cookies and snacks on the counter. Very convenient to the wedding venue and also anything we needed was a short distance. Would stay in this home again and recommend it to others.

cozy campsite

Had a great time at the cozy cottage. We loved the privacy and the space. When I got home from my conference and relaxed outside, it was like I was camping. Beautiful. Watched the sunset from the garden. Just missed having cable. Otherwise it was perfect! We will stay here again next time we're in Indy.

Very nice home with all the amenities you’ll need

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was quiet and so nice to sit outside with a cup of coffee. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable overall. It does accommodate a good sized group, but you need to make sure you have people who shower quickly (we did) with the one bathroom. It’s a large bathroom though, with a nice shower. We had a wonderful experience here. Thank you!

This home was perfect for my family!

Our stay at this home was the perfect solution for the family. Traveling with 7 family members can be difficult sometimes with hotel rooms, dining out and having the time to spend together. With two energetic boys (ages 2 and 5) staying at this home for visit with other family members as awesome. The boys could run, play, be loud and not worry about other guests like we would have in a hotel. My family had the best family vacation! Thank you Julie for the care you showed our family to make sure our stay was the best! Would book this home again!

Indy Cozy Ranch Home

We had a 3 day girls week- end and stayed at this home a little south of Indianapolis. The place was very comfortable, good location and Julie even had it stocked with many snacks and breakfast items which was a very pleasant surprise. There were 4 of us and we all had plenty of room. We shopped in downtown Indy one day and visited a winery and brewery another day. Great place. I would definitely return. Thanks Julie

Great place!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Worked well for our family of 6! Julie was very accommodating and even had some breakfast items and more for us to use! Beds were comfortable, toys to play with for my little guy, and the house was very clean which I appreciate very much. There is some road noise but we got used to that. The house has quite a bit of stuff in it, so you just have to make sure you keep all your stuff together so as to not leave anything behind. ;-) We would recommend this rental!

A true cozy family friendly cottage

This cozy cottage was the perfect place for my husband,3 children, 2 dogs and myself to stay while traveling from NY to Kansas. It was clean, organized, and filled with games, books, and toys. The backyard was perfect to run around in, have a picnic or a fire (which we didn't get a chance for but it looked great). It's a short drive into Indiapolos which was perfect and the house has many stores and restaurants very close as well. Julie was fantastic in communication and she even stocked the fridge for breakfast. Thank you Julie for giving my family the perfect place to stay for rest relaxation and fun :)

Wonderful Experience

Loved our stay!

Two co-workers and I were traveling thru Indianapolis and decided to stay for a trade show that was in town. We emailed Julie around 5:30 pm and asked if there was anyway we could stay that night at her property. Not only did she "make it happen", she went and stocked the frig with snacks and breakfast food. It was so nice to enter a clean pleasant home after a long days drive and find food available. It is very spacious and inviting. The neighborhood is pleasant and clean as well. We will be staying here anytime our business brings us to Indianapolis! Thanks Julie!

The Perfect Getaway

The moment we walked into this house we felt the warmth and thoughtfulness that our host had put in to make you feel right at home. Everything you could need was there. There was no need to go back out after a long drive to get the basics for your stay. Nothing better then a fresh brewed cup of coffee after a long day. For a host to stock the fridge with fresh breakfast items for you to enjoy is way more then you could expect. If we are ever back in this area, will definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage. I use VRBO for most of my travels and this Cozy Cottage is at the top of my list.
