We stayed at this location twice once the first night of our trip and then again on the last night as we were heading home. The elevator was broken on both occasions. The rooms were clean and comfortable each time we stayed there. On our first night there were no bath towels in our room. The towels were supplied quickly, but we were surprised that they were missing. On our second occasion staying there the bathroom tub did not have a shower curtain. When we asked about it, it was supplied, but we were asked to install it ourselves because there was only one person working the desk at that time. While the building was quite new, the it appeared that the air conditioning system was leaking onto the lobby floor. Our stay was certainly not up to the standards we expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff were amazing, funny, and very helpful. The pool was closed and the elevator was not working, but we were given the option of a first floor room which we declined because we are able to climb stairs and other were aren't able deserve first floor rooms. Our room was clean and we opted out to have maid service the first morning as we had plenty of towels, soap, cups, etc ..but they were right there to help when needed. Honestly very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great, very nice options for a quick on the go grab, which is what we wanted. Very decent place.
