- Guests must follow all rental agreement rules and be at least 18 years old to book and stay.

- A property damage protection fee is included. Any damages exceeding these limits or excluded from the policy are the guest's responsibility. The damage protection fee includes coverage for the first 30 nights of your stay. For stays longer than 30 nights, an additional $69 damage protection fee will be charged for every additional 30-night period.

-The primary guest must complete the check-in form in the Guest Portal before check-in to receive property access info.
