I as to tired to drive the rest of the way to Chicago. Desk associate was super nice while I was checking in and went straight to my room and went to sleep. Room was clean, checking out was easy and had free breakfast. Safely arrived in Chicago

Staff was very welcoming. The room was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything is outdated. The chair, blankets, sheets were all stained. The mirrors and tv had a filthy streaked film on them. Too much gross to list. The pool is right in the entryway so everyone can stare at you while they check in or out. The breakfast was almost inedible. I don't have anything good to say about this place exept the friendly staff.

A good deal for a night's sleep.

The room met our needs and gave us a place to rest and breakfast before we continued on our 1000 mile trip. The furniture and style is somewhat dated with carpeting and bedspread; lampshades were old and torn. But room was clean; breakfast sufficed our needs.

The room appeared clean as in the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. The TV did not work and the carpeted floor emitted a strong smoke smell. The staff was fine. I chose to only eat the prepackaged food that was provided in the morning. The property was in very bad condition, both inside and out. The lighting was terrible and the furnishings were in desperate need of replacement. I would highly suggest that Quality Inn corporate invest in upgrades to this property for continued success at this location.

Clean friendly

This was a comfortable stay. The room was very clean! The carpet was clean! The pool area and pool was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Our receipt was delivered under our door on our last morning which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and a great selection. Will definately stay again!

Comfortable stay with nice staff

The hotel was a typical motel on the side of the highway. Old and not in perfect condition BUT the staff was super nice. They provided a nice hot breakfast with sausage and eggs and all the other continental stuff. We stayed in the room quite a while and saw many people come and go and they seemed happy with the breakfast. Asked for a late checkout and was granted it no problem. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. No smoking smell or anything. Toilet was loose and shifted on floor. I would prefer a lower price for the hotel but we were comfortable.

Traveling stop for the night

The staff was welcoming when we checked in very late. The beds were older, as was the hotel, and they were hard. There had been many updates in the lobby and other common areas, which were very nice. We didnt have the opportunity to use the pool, but it looked clean and if we had more time would have used it. The area was loud, but we couldn't hear it in the room. Overall for a quick sleep I would stay again.

Hotel needs major updating. The room smelled like old musty cigarette smoke. The pool had black stuff floating around in it. The breakfast options were horrible. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Not worth the price paid and would not recommend.

The staff was friendly, helpful. The room waa comfortable enough, the only thing we didnt like was the abundance of motion sensor lights. Especially in the bathroom, not good. When you are traveling in an unfamiliar place, a.light on in the bathroom is a safety thing. Waking up in complete.darkness isnt nice.

The receptionist was kind. But the breakfast was very limited to the point that we decided to go to a McDonald’s instead. Our room was bigger than we expected it to be for a standard. But the bathroom was in rough shape. The rod holding the shower curtain was barely hanging on. It was also bent down in the middle to the point that the curtain was just in the middle, and you couldn’t open it to hold water in while he showered. There were lots of screws around the toilet. I assume it was repair work. But needed to be hurried, or covered by a painting, because it looks really bad. To my surprise there was also no elevator. That wasn’t a problem for us but it definitely surprised me. The whole place could use a modern remodel.
