Be aware the property has no elevator. The bathroom toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl, the lid didn’t fit the tank. The tub had pink stains as if moldy too long - definitely not signs of it being cleaned every day. The light had TP strung across it - to hold the plexiglass in place? But the sheets were clean. Not so much the top cover which I immediately removed. The air blew cold but when it shut off the room warmed up in a hurry, so keep it on constant fan and that might help.

From the time we walked in, the lobby floor was dirty, unkept and crumbs in the corner. The lobby bathroom had no toilet paper or soap. The pool was closed- which wasn’t disclosed upon booking. After going up the stairs, because there is no elevator, we immediately noticed the trim wasn’t even attached to the wall- but there was fresh paint. Once in our room, the air wasn’t on, so it took about 2 hours to get to a comfortable temp. In the bathroom, the jacuzzi tub was converted into a shower with dirty jets, stained surround, and mold around the caulking where the tub and surround meet. In the bedroom, the air return vent was rigged and didn’t even fit the space leaving a hole in the wall. It was also covered in dust and dirt. All that being said, the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly.

Was called around 945pm to make sure we were checking in, assured we were as we are traveling and would be at hotel in 30 minutes. Arrived and waited for an extended period of time to get checked as the front desk staff were not present and didn’t answer phone. Then checking in I was asked to wait as the room needed checked. The front desk guy went and looked then came back asking me to check a room out, he took me in a different direction altogether. The room was an upgrade and I was asked to pay the difference if wanting that room. I couldn’t understand why I was being asked this since he just checked on the room we booked. I was then taken down to the room which was supposedly waiting on us and the heat was turned on full blast. I could not understand why I was still being asked if I wanted the room until seeing it. One lamp was missing a lamp shade, another was busted up. I went to check the bed and the front desk guy about fell over saying he couldn’t fix the bed if I messed it up. Literally pulling back the sheets to check and he continued to say he didn’t know how to make the bed. The room had clearly not been touched by housekeeping for some time. No discount or additional things were offered for the delay or incontinence. The sheets in the bed are old and not fresh looking. Not a great start to the night at all!

There is no hot tub at this hotel as advertised, the bed had a urine stain on it and the manager said that they had no other blankets and we would have to sleep with the stained one, and was rude to us. The bathroom in the room smelled like dead rodent. Everything was gross as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Expedia thankfully helped us get some of our money back.
