The staff was extremely friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. The rate was unbeatable for a last minute same day booking. I asked if we could be moved to the 8th floor after they had already issued the rooms keys for a lower floor, so it would be quieter, and the woman at the desk didn’t even flinch told me it was not a problem and had it done in seconds. The entire hotel was very well maintained and our room was very clean.

Beautiful hotel with some issues

The lobby and the gym were lovely. The staff at front desk were not so knowledgeable. They almost charged us for WiFi after saying it was free as well as breakfast which we paid for upon booking. The pillows were too soft and my neck was aching for the entire 3 day stay.
