My husband and I alway enjoy staying at Marriott hotels. We visit our grandchildren several times a year and stay at different Marriotts in the Carmel of Fishers area of Indiana. Residence Inn is one of our favorites. This property was very nice. Clean and quiet. The staff was excellent.

The hotel was great. I love the fact that it had indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The room was great. The only thing is the pillows kind of suck, the room was stuffy all night. I had to heat all the way down had the window open still didn’t circulate in the room but other than that, it was fine.

From the time we stepped foot in the door ALL staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet every need. Everyone always had a smile. Breakfast had more options than we’ve had any other place and we travel a lot. Can’t see enough great things about this Residence Inn

NO POOL

We booked this hotel solely for the reason that they had a pool and hot tub so we were very disappointed to find out the pools were filled with concrete when we got there. Breakfast was ok, the cook did a great job keeping everything out for being by himself. Older hotel but very clean just wish they would update about no pool.

The staff was very professional and kind. They make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. From checking in to checking out was a breeze. The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options that you can choose from. The Biscuits and gravy were the best! The rooms were spacious and clean. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent. They are pet friendly which is a plus! The property was well kept on the outside as well. I will definitely return again when i go to Indianapolis. I have to give 10/10

Mostly good

Hotel was nice enough, amenities good, & breakfast extraordinary, but we could not get many of the stations on the tv that the hotel said they offered, & particularly Nickelodeon. This made it difficult to entertain our grandkids who visited us there every single day during our week-long stay. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, & the maintenance guy simply said the TVs were “old.”

Planning to return!

The location is amazing--right off a main road with lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. The room was great and clean. You could spot signs of wear-and-tear; normal things for establishments that are older or have long-term residents. Noticed lots of residents with pets--a cat next door and several dogs nearby. This was fine with us but it might not be everyone's preference. My kid's favorite was a pool and hot tub. The pool did not feel heated--probably in the 70s--chilly at first dip but very quick to adjust. As short adults with a small kid, we loved that it only went to 4 feet. The hot tub was big and was a lovely temperature. Lots of complimentary pool towels were available and the area was very clean. Breakfast was great--lots of hot options plus regular continental breakfast fare. Loved the 12pm checkout. We will be returning!
