You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Welcome to Mapleton-Fall Creek, a historic north Indianapolis neighborhood conveniently located between Downtown Indianapolis and Broad Ripple. The area is known for its mature trees, historic homes, and easy access to many of the city`s popular attractions.

You`ll be close to The Children`s Museum of Indianapolis, Indiana State Fairgrounds, Fall Creek Greenway, Monon Trail, local restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood businesses. Downtown Indianapolis is only a short drive away, while Broad Ripple offers additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Mapleton-Fall Creek is an established urban neighborhood with a mix of older homes, renovated properties, and ongoing neighborhood investment. It`s a good choice for travelers who want an affordable place to stay while remaining close to the major attractions and destinations around Indianapolis.

In short: great access to the city, plenty to explore nearby, and a more affordable alternative to staying directly downtown.

A car is recommended for the easiest way to get around Indianapolis, although rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

The home offers convenient access to Downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, the Indiana State Fairgrounds, The Children`s Museum of Indianapolis, and other popular destinations. Several major roads are nearby, making it easy to get around the city by car.

For guests who prefer not to drive, rideshare is a convenient option for getting to downtown attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and events.
Guests have access to parking in front of the property and more behind.

Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

Other things to Note:
- Absolutely no smoking, there`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
- No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.
- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.
* Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

There`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort is allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present.

**Local Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
