It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

Booked last minute for a 1 night stay. Hotel was ok. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was recently “updated” but done so cheaply. Shower mat was nasty, room was clean other wise. AC struggled to keep room cool until the sun went down. The chair and couch in our room both looked like a cat drug it’s claws across them. Hotel was in a convenient location.

The floor we stayed on had someone smoking Marijuana on it made hallway stink. Main floor was being renovated so kinda dusty. Evevator creaky and sounded like cable issues. Staff was nice. Room was never cleaned in four days there.

Dirty Place

Overall the place wasn’t clean at all. The hallways are covered in food crumbs trash. The rooms had hard floors also could tel they weren’t swept or mopped so I had to sweep and mop it myself. Counters wiped down rags were dark brown. Stains on curtains. We had our kids and I’m a hygiene freak and I was upset with the condition of the place. Felt comfortable after I cleaned it.

Worst experience of our hotel experiences, the pool was freezing and wasnt aware the pool was closed until they kicked us out of it. Our room was extremly dirty including someone elses urine in the toilet, toothpaste all over the sink and out toiletries were already used. Moved to a different room only for it to be dirtier than the original room 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED
