We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in. A front desk employee was running back and forth from this property and the Residence inn next door to check in guests at both places. We left for dinner and when we returned I found out our toilet was stuffed up and overflowing. I talked to the front desk employee and she mentioned there was nothing she could do. She couldn’t move me to another room because they were sold out and maintenance wasn’t available. My family and I had to go downstairs to use the restroom in the lobby. Our fold out couch wouldn’t fold out so my kids had to sleep on the floor. An employee brought me a plunger so I could unclog the toilet. We didn’t sleep well and it was not a comfortable stay at all. This was a very different Marriott experience.

Bed was very uncomfortable. All the breakfast stuff was cleared long before it was supposed to. We had to eat at a restaurant. Lobby and hallways were hot and humid, the air felt very stagnant. Two of us checked in but they gave us one cold bottle of water.

Sidewalks crumbling. 3 of 4 ice machines out of service. First floor smelled damp. Side access door did not work. Luggage carts small, short, and not provision for hanging clothes. Suite for two couples had only one luggage stand. Hallway carpet frayed at transition points. New standard for Marriott? Looks like it. Sad. Marriott to be avoided going forward.

Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted close the whole time I was there. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was broken so I went to use the one on the 2nd floor and it had been removed. Hot shower clean room nothing else.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room and bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have preferred, I’m a little picky when it comes to small things with cleaning, the bathtub could have used more attention, and there were spots of the carpet that looked like they had been missed vacuuming, but it was otherwise acceptable! Thank you!!

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in my room. The hallways had a musty smell. I asked if I can check out a day early and was told i have to give a 24 hr notice. I wasnt supposed to check out until Monday March 9th. I asked on Sunday morning at 8 am if I can checkout a day early with a refund and I was told I should have told them Saturday the 7th.

Room appeared to be clean and pretty much was clean - however the couch was somewhat dirty - gross white stain spots. Ceiling in the bathroom above shower needs attention. Hall door at east end did not open with key card late last night. Breakfast staff seamed more concerned about closing than providing food to their guests.. you were pretty packed this Saturday 3-8-26 and guests were still arriving @ 9:45am and buffet was looking pitiful. If you’re only going to serve breakfast until 9:45 than you should specify that. The little food that there did look good. Other than that - check in and checkout was outstanding. Location of the facility was perfect

Let me start off by saying stay away!! This building is SO outdated! It takes you back to the 70’s. The carpet is all stained, the elevators take forever, the bathroom has fluorescent lights, the electrical sockets look like they’re about to fall off. It is absolutely awful!!
