Clean, breakfast is always good at Tru and the staff is super helpful. There was minimal hot water in the shower and low water pressure.

The key cards didn’t work. The water pressure ins the shower was abysmal and the water was lukewarm. Desk staff was absent from the desk more than once. The hotel was loud. Gym equipment was broken.

We loved our stay!!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, just enough space ( I did miss not having a coffee maker in the room). We visited the surrounding Lawrence Arts community -a beautiful space 💜💜💜

We stayed here after a concert at Ruoff. It was about a 20 minute drive back once we got out of the parking lot, and it wasn’t congested at all getting from the venue to the hotel. Staff were great, the entire hotel was spotless, and the area around the hotel was fantastic. We would absolutely come back here and recommend it to anyone heading to the area- it was perfect.

Tru By Hilton is the way to go
Next time I travel I will be staying at a Tru By Hilton. All of the other hotels I have stayed at on this trip did not come close in comparison. The individuals at the front desk were very kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and modern and efficient. I especially liked the wooden floors. I will never stay in another hotel again that has carpeting, as they are dirty and contribute to a bad smell.
