Modern style home downtown Indy with over 1600 square feet! . 5-7 minute drive to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Dedicated bedroom with desk for workspace. Master suite with King size bed! Large guest bedroom. Nest Thermostat, Bluetooth speaker fan in bathroom! Free Wi-Fi included! Washer/dryer in unit. Beautifully updated kitchen with gas stove and coffee maker. Fully fenced in backyard with large deck! Sofa has chaise that can be turned into a bed. Electric fireplace. Security system in place.

2 bedrooms are upstairs. One main level bedroom is dedicated to office space.
Primary bedroom has full bath access.

Guests have access to main level and downstairs. Please only access basement for emergency purposes. Please call if basement access is needed.
