Other things to note
• The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
• Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit
• Pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact unit is assigned at check-in . The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned.
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
• The shuttle from our property is different than the Coachella Shuttle Pass from the festival website operated by Valley Music Travel.
• Shuttle services are not included in the booking fees and can be purchased in the main lobby. It is independently operated, and not affiliated with Coachella, Stagecoach, or our property.
• Shuttle passes are $145 per person for the entire weekend, with shuttles running approximately every 30 minutes (14 shuttles total). - Please note that we do not manage this service; we simply provide information on the provider, and pricing is determined by them.
