♥A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.♥
House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. House can hold up to 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). No Street parking or no horizontal parking. We do have off-site parking options two blocks away in another neighborhood.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed on site
