All the pictures and advertised amenities looked great and I needed a stay where I can get dinner without going too far . A big mistake . I was supposed to get dinner included with stay , which the manager refused . They closed dinner and I went to bed without food after a long pilgrimage whole day . They advertised but refused airport shuttle . They are very far from airport and I still chose them because they had a free shuttle! I showed them Expedia reservations and and they asked me to contact Expedia but refused to deliver what was promised . What is the use of a great pool and garden when you fail on basics ! I was in India for this stay so it was expensive for me to make call to Expedia US . Expedia India refused to help . This was happening at 1 am in the morning . Hotel pool music was in full blast vibrating my room walls . We still contacted Expedia but they didn’t quite help saying pay for it now and claim as coupon . How do I do that for missed dinner . How do I do that for non existing airport shuttle . I paid for my airport transportation. Room has pealing and orb wall paper . Tub , storage closet is dirty. There was no soap in soap dispenser for washing hands . AC was probably from bygone era and barely worked . I will not recommend this place for anyone. I want my money refunded .

Sorry to say I had bad experience I arrived at 10pm room was given when opened not cleaned or ready for me They just changed the blankets and gave as we r tied we slept No clean bathroom And more over whole night too much noise or music was playing couldn’t sleep Asked for room service in the morning for about 3 times no response then we left Came back at night 10 pm still no room service and loud music Horrible service so called about 5 times to ask finally they gave different room and apologized saying the other party booked 3 rooms so they are doing party That’s not my problem Any way they gave new room but it was also not clean they waived my food meal as Curtiss I am very disappointed with my stay
