"Interesting hotel. When my TA booked my stay I got a small room with an very uncomfortable bed, yet after rebooking because I had a long time between my train and the hotel checkout I rebooked just to sleep, and got a massive suite with a bed that was 100 times more comfortable than the previous. No uniformity across rooms, if you want a comfortable stay, you have to pay for a bigger room."
