"Wir waren zum Wandern auf Gran Canaria und hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Sie war wie beschrieben sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Kinder hatten den Pool nutzen können und wir haben gerne zusammen gegrillt und gekocht. "Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Der Obstkorb, die Brötchen und die Eier zur Begrüßung waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Die Eigentümer sprechen nur Spanisch. Sie wohnen anscheinend nur noch teilweise auf dem Hof. Es kam aber jeden Tag jemand, um Esel und Pfauen zu versorgen. Das Haus an sich ist wie auf den Bildern im Inserat abgebildet und super gepflegt! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, nur in der Küche fehlten uns einige scharfe Küchenmesser, ein Schälmesser und eine Knoblauchpresse. Leider...

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."

"We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 10 nights, the rooms were of a good size and clean some areas of the decor could have done with a tidy up but overall good for a 4 star hotel, one negative is that unlike many hotels we have stayed in bottled water not provided every day this should really be standard if all inclusive. We were all inclusive and did find the food at breakfast to be pretty much the same each day but good, we ate out out a few times during our holidays but found the food and the variety of food at dinner to be more than good there was plenty of choice and food made to a good standard sometimes a little cold but otherwise very good. The swimming pool nice and refreshing, the bar very well ran however would have been nice to not have certain drinks pre mixed I appreciate they get busy in these all inclusive packages but it just takes away that feeling of having your drink especially made for you. All in all we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel especially as it’s adults only and did not feel overcrowded, many areas in the bar area to sit down on the nice sofas. If we holiday in Gran Canaria and Maspalomas again would certainly consider staying here again."

"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."
