"In July 2026 , stayed in a deluxe Queen room. The staff were exceptional. Daniel checked us in, Carol checked us out. Both were the most kind, professional and efficient staff we have experienced at any hotel. The room was spotless. We didn’t use the restaurant. The room itself was great but I found the beds terrible. My daughter and I both found the mattress very soft and lumpy. The hotel needs to invest in better mattresses. "The staff member at check in was friendly but the rooms could use some deep cleaning and repairs. The outside doors could use a good power washing and painting. First impressions are lasting impressions. We had stayed there a few years ago and it was quite a different experience. I bought a package of cleaning wipes and used most of them."
