"Room was clean, plenty of useful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body wash. Water pressure is great. Toilet works well. The closet has ample space for a small suitcase to fit so it’s not in the way of the room. Great desk area and cute window overlook of the city rooftops. The bed is elaborately carved. Staff was very helpful and warm towards me at all times. Free apples, coffee, tea, and lemony water in the lobby is amazing."

"Clean nice room in a good location! Close too the train station but also walking distance too everything downtown Munich, the park etc. we were slightly disappointed that you received a $10 credit voucher if you choose to skip housekeeping on one of the days are there, but it has to be used towards drinks. We do not drink and we asked if we could use it for breakfast and they said no. The hotel should really reconsider that some people do not drink. (I also don’t drink coffee or lattes so there was nothing I could use my voucher for.) overall a 3-4 star out of 5 is fair"

"I wanted hot water for tea and I have to go to the front desk which was across from my building. Not convenient. The bathroom was not very clean. When I lay down to sleep there were crumbs on the bed and that was my first night. Obviously it wasn’t changed. We were so tired from traveling and my husband was already asleep."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s outside of the downtown area, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel. It’s good value and quiet. There is Aldi Sud supermarket Nextdoor which is very convenient to get breakfast bakery and other things you need. I would stay there again."

"We arrived early in the hotel, the front dest clerk helped us to check in earlier than the usual check in time. I think he noticed how tired we were :). The hotel is very accessible to a lot of places especially the old town which is about 10 mins walk. The room was clean. Overall experience was good."
