"Hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Diesen Raum konnte man so aber nicht bezeichnen, viel zu klein. Wenn 3 Leute im Raum er voll, keine Möglichkeit die Koffer wirklich abzulegen. Das Bad eine grössere Duschkabine und Familienzimmer 3 Leute aber z. B. nur 2 Haken für Handtücher geschweige dann Ablagen für 3 Leute. Hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht, sind in den Frühsraum geflüchtet weil 3 Schlafmöglichen aber nur 1 Stuhl. Preis für so eine Unterbringung zu teuer."

"Check in was frustrating due to the tier track - if you aren’t a member of your points system you get treated last regardless how long you’ve been waiting. It doesn’t set a nice tone especially after a long flight! Beyond that, the spa was great and much appreciated. Amenities in the room were ok (toilet paper felt like cardboard lol)…"
