"This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would...

"My wife, daughter, her husband, and I spent a few days in Greenville. The property is in the middle of everything the area has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville."
