"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."

"Wonderful hotel as soon as we walked in! Parking was provided for a fee in the garage. We had a beautiful view of the church and bridge. Breakfast was phenomenal and hotel service was top notch. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"Clean, good location and comfy rooms. Only slight letdown was that the staff were not overly helpful and a little cold (for example I was charged the city tax even though I was on business) compared to other places I stayed during my trip. "

"Tiszta és rendezett szállo, udvarias személyzettel a belvárosban. Sajnos csak egy lift van, arra néha várni kell. A szállodával szemben szurkolói zóna volt az utca túloldalán, ami éjfélig elég hangos volt. Ha nincs footbal EB, akkor kellemes szálloda a belvárosban, extrák nélkül. "
