部屋は清潔で掃除も毎日綺麗にしていただけました。 朝食は基本的に毎日一緒ですが、質はGood！ アメニティが不十分なので、近場で買うか持参した方が良いと思いました。

Traditional hotel but great breakfast

The Neue Post is a traditional hotel in the centre of Innsbruck. Booked a single room which is just that, a single bed in a small-ish room. Everything functions well, though nothing is particularly outstanding or memorable. Was not given a wifi code but didn't need it anyway. There's no air-con. Breakfast is fantastic though!

1:30以上前だったがチェックインしてもらえた。一階の来客用トイレは大理石貼りのち超高級だった。無料朝食も充実していたので朝食込みのホテルと考えれば宿泊費は高くない。

Preis - Leistung, damit war ich gar nicht zufrieden das Einzelzimmer war extrem klein, das Badezimmer natürlich auch; das Frühstück war zwar reichlich, aber vom Angebot für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war ich nicht damit zufrieden und der Preis zu hoch

Nun, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral was natürlich sehr praktisch ist. Allerdings ist es definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und im Bereich der Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. (Teppich, Vorhänge und dergleichen. Das Bad dürfte bereits saniert worden sein. Allerdings sollte im Bereich Badewanne, Armaturen, Handtuchhalter generell die Festigkeit der Schrauben etc. überprüft werden. Es hinterlässt keinen guten (ersten) Eindruck, wenn das wackelt und ich das Gefühl bekomme, dass ich sogleich unabsichtilich etwas "abmontiere". Kontrolliert das niemand?? Mein Fazit: 120,- für zwei Personen ist nicht gerade billig und ich hätte mir auf jedenfall mehr erwartet. Die 4**** sind für mich bestenfalls 2**. Einmal Hotel Post reicht für mich.

Für den Preis hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet. Es ist sehr sehr alt. Die Zimmer sind mit sehr altem Teppich ausgestattet, den mal zwischendurch staubsaugen sollte. Die Badewanne hat eine 30cm Duschwand. D.h. beim duschen ist das ganze Bad nass. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und das w lan bekamen wir nur für einen Tag, obwohl wir 3 Tage gebucht hatten. Beim Parking hiess es dass dies zisätzlich 12 Euro kostet. Am Ende war das dann 12 Euro pro Tag. Für über Fr. 100 pro Tag pro Person im Doppelzimmer erwarte ich gratis Parkplätze und auf jeden Fall w lan für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Uns hat dieses Hotel gar nicht zugesagt. Viel versprochen und wenig gehalten

Lage des Hotels sehr gut, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich. Zu bemängeln ist das Zimmer, sehr kleines, schmales Einzelzimmer mit sehr schmalem Bett für € 106 pro Nacht, TV nicht benützbar, nur 1 Sender aufgeschaltet. Schade. Duschkabine sehr eng und weil der Wasserhahn weit in die Kabine rein reicht, kommt bei kurzem Berühren plötzlich sehr, sehr heisses Wasser. Das wäre regulierbar/steuerbar.

Personale cordiale, stanze da migliorare

Personale attento e cordiale, buona la pulizia. Le stanze sono un pò "datate" ed il frigo bar è stato tolto (in un hotel a 4 stelle la presenza dovrebbe essere scontata). Problemi di riscaldamento troppo alto nella prima stanza (riscaldamento a pavimento che non si riesce a regolare), cambiata per la seconda notte con una più semplice, ma più fresca. . . ristorante non presente. Parcheggio con posti limitati e a pagamento.

歐洲飯店沒有空調，可以理解，但連通風設備都沒有，讓人很不舒服，洗澡洗到呼吸困難。淋雨間真的很小（如果不關門，彎腰屁股在外面）老建築有鋪地毯，但看房務整理房間時並沒有吸塵器，完全不建議過敏體質旅客入住，本人及家人已體驗嚴重過敏不適

部屋の狭さが残念

歴史的な建物で、内装はとても綺麗でした。しかし、シングルルームでしたが、部屋はとても狭かったです。 受付の対応は親切でした。部屋の机の前に椅子がなく、困った時も、受付の方が誠実に対応してくれて、あとで持ってきてくれました。ちゃんと部屋をチェックしていれば、このようなことはありませんが。

Innsbruckのオフィス街にある落ち着いたホテル

外観、部屋の感じとも落ち着いたホテルです。チェックイン時間前に到着しましたが、フリーで部屋を使わせてもらえました。部屋は広く、内装も豪華でありながら落ち着いた雰囲気、バスタブもあって良かったです。
