"I called to confirm that I was able to check in late with the front desk attendant on Friday May 1 and she said as long as it was before 2 AM. I arrived at approximately 12 AM to 12:20 AM and no one was at the desk. The desk was actually closed completely and no one was out there to help me and another guest trying to check in. I tried getting a refund and they’re denying my request even after I was told I was OK to check in late and on top of that she wrote it in the notes that I would be checking in late and that someone would be there at the desk waiting. "
