"Came to town for a conference at Erlanger, and this property was perfectly located to access not only the meetings I had to go to, but also very close to food, the aquarium, and the Riverwalk. The off-street parking and private backyard are fabulous, and it is stocked with literally anything you could want or need."

"I believe what kept this from being a 5 star rating were two things. The first being that we had no control over the HVAC system, we arrived and the temperature inside the home was 78. We could not control switching between heat and air with crazy weather. We had to contact the host, tell them why, and then wait 2 hours for a change. The other issue was the property was advertised as having 1 king, and 2 queen beds. We arrived to find 2 queens in one room, and the other two rooms having a full and twin. "

"We were looking for a place to stay midway through a 14 hour drive with a large family, which landed us in Chattanooga. Thankfully we found this gem of a home to house everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was big and beautiful and fully stocked. The living room was spacious and had a pool table to enjoy. The location was perfect for finding a local pizza place to deliver and it wasn't too far from Ruby Falls. "
