"Chais in restaurant need attention. Room was lovely and clean. Reception was a bit short and unwelcoming it felt. "

"Having stayed at Ruskin many times over past few decades I find the cleanliness and staff service always to a good standard- rooms are cleaned each day. There has been a rise in bar prices however my concern is the breakfast is not of the quality I previously experienced. Whilst the layout is good with various choice of cooked or cold foods I found there has been a decline in the quality of the produce served with hot breakfast "
