"The apartment itself is a decent property close to the centre of Saarbruecken, with access to nice restaurants and shopping. However, the owner/management didn't notify me that there was a problem with the water supply and a planned cut off in the morning hours (08:00-12:00). Later we found that there was a notice in the lift in German language, which didn't help us non-German tourists a great deal. They could have been honest and upfront so that we could have planned the day better. Also, the listing says Parking available, but you have to pay parking charge per night separately. Listing should clarify that Parking is subject to separate payment. "

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful Martin at Reception with Check in, Room allocation and Parking assistance for our campervan and talking to the chef to enable me to have something to eat after overhearing me trying to explain to the waiters my allergies. Went over and above my expectations. Thank you to the chef for whipping up something to cater for my needs."

Nice budget hotel in a good location
"Good value for its price. A little bit noisy in the evening as it is a city centre location. Nice continental breakfast with a selection of continental breakfast things. Staff happy to help. It's fairly centrally located. Good for its price."
