"I’m not happy with the stay, our room the lock didn’t work it would just open without a key I ask the manager she was rude and never send somebody to fix the issue. During check out the elevator didn’t work we had to come down the stairs and to top it off the exit of the stairs take you to the back of the hotel we had to walk all around the hotel to do the check out. And had to walk the ramp where the car come in to get to the car due to the elevator not working and is the only way to get to the car. Location is good but service is not. Breakfast is only sandwich everyday that’s it and the waiter gets upset if you ask for plates or anything is missing."
