Pros: Location; AMAZING breakfast (included) with numerous stations and choices as well as live music on the weekend; large & clean room; very friendly staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and valet (who helped us getting vehicles to both GTO and the airport since we had several issues with Uber drivers!) Cons: Pool/pool area closed for maintenance, which was too bad since the weather was sunny & warm; bed was hard (for us anyway)

The Room was very clean. Location superb, food excellent. Centrally located. Food was very good. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Our Room was kept very clean. The Bed was hard. I wish they would have a softer mattress.

Property was perfect! Had everything I needed within the property and its location is convenient. All the workers were nice and respectful in all departments. Cleaning service, breakfast, and dinner was the cherry on the top. Only bad thing was I wish I should have stayed longer! Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed this hotel with the amenities and convenient location to the centro histórico. Zona Piel and restaurants. The only issue was the firmness of the beds didn’t make for the best sleep, but overall it was a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay here again!
