The original room i booked had no A/C. So i upgraded at the time of arrival for an additional fee. There was no hot water for 2 days of my 7 day stay. The TVs need to be upgraded. Rooms were not throughly cleaned daily. I won’t be coming back to this hotel

Room did not have shower head, floor mat/towel for shower was not provided, wifi internet did not reach our room, does not come with fridge and safe. I did inform reception the shower head was missing from room and maintenance was sent 3 hrs later to add a shower head instead of changing us rooms. Will not stay here again

había lleno del hotel mucho ruido de los otros huéspedes corriendo en los pasillos tocando puertas solo ese detalle reporte pero siguió igual ruidos muy fuertes hasta más de la 1 de la mañana no dejaban descansar

Ya había estado antes otras 2 veces y estuvo bien. Pero ahora viaje con toda la familia y separe 4 habitaciones. 1 habitación ok. Otras 2 habitaciones tardo mucho en enfriar el aire acondicionado y estuvo tirando agua por el drene. Y otra habitacion nunca enfrió el A/C y tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a media noche. Además al entregar la habitación y solicitar usar el baño por una urgencia resulta que no tienen para el huésped una vez entregada la habitación. En cualquier hotel respetable siempre hay restrooms en el looby o planta baja. Entonces. A donde van los que rentan salas de juntas?. Creo que la próxima vez veré otras opciones al visitar Leon.

Las habitaciones son basicas y pequeñas, peronel problema es el baño, la taza se tapa muy facilmente ,en el lavamanos sale solamente un hilito de agua y la regadera de rrepente te sale muy caliente y luego muy fria y el personal de la recepción muy seco y hacen su trabajo muy afuerza
