Location was perfect - close to shops and grocery stores (to help cut the cost of very expensive dining out in Switzerland). Short walk to Interlaken West train station. Easy bus access. Breakfast was included and was VERY good - lots of variety and delicious! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is older, and room was pretty basic - no bedside lamps (NOT a game changer), and no A/C, which we discovered is common in Switzerland. Temperatures were warm (high twenty's) during our stay, but we were given 2 floor fans which really helped to keep things comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of Interlaken West. It is within walking distance of the train station and local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has a bus stop right outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a triple/family room which was spacious.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable but hot. The hotel is very due for a renovation. The common room felt like something you would find in a hostel or backpackers. Staff are nice and helpful. Location was good.
