"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

Beds and bedding are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has ample counter space and fluffy towels. "The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. "I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment."

"A very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. It has a good location - very close to the COOP (grocery store), a nice bakery, and a bus stop. There is also an impressive collection of CDs. In short, this apartment has pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Interlaken."

"The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms overlook the street, which is cool, but be prepared for road noise at night, so bring earplugs. If you visit when it's hot outside, there isn't any AC, so you'll need...

"We enjoyed the place overall. The entry is behind some retail and housing and it was quite dark at night - maybe some of the lights in the nearby areas were out. In any case, it's a straightforward two-story place with the bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. We did run out of water for our party of 5 day 1, but it seems the boiler runs overnight and heats more so we did better on day 2."

"I love this property. Waking up and going to sleep with such a fantastic view of the mountains and river is wonderful. I love that it’s just outside of town but easily within walking distance; it’s a welcome break from all the tourists in town. I’ve stayed here twice in two years. The property manager is very nice and accommodating to questions. I feel like this property is a little slice of heaven. I will definitely be back again."
