"The hotel with very clean room is easily reachable from Interlaken West station. It’s a mere 5-7mins stroll. It can also be reached via bus (#21) in less than 3mins. It can’t be missed as there is a colorful display of umbrellas outside the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Eateries are within reach in 5mins. A 10-12mins stroll will bring you to the tram ride up to Harder Kulm! We did not try the breakfast menu so we can’t comment but a good breakfast is easily reachable within 5mins walk! We will stay here again if we come back to Interlaken!"

"The view is too die for"

"We loved this hotel. We felt extremely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a great lunch on the patio before checking in, then had a great Fondue dinner inside after hiking the Panorama trail (the highlight of our entire trip). Breakfast was excellent as well. We got a forest view room, which while small, was updated and modern and made great use of the space. It also had a very nice view of the chalets on the hill and a group of goats. Will be staying there and in Wengen in the future."

"Room was clean and the view from the room was breathtaking. Supportive staff. Kitchen with all required amenities. Just one thing to keep in mind, the staff is available only from 8am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm. So if you are planning to come from 11am to 4pm, then you gotta wait. No other option. Highly recommended!! "

"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"

"This hotel is gorgeous! Super clean and bright! Breakfast is free and offers so many choices at the buffet or thrill make you an omelet or French toast. Coffee is yummy. They also have a room with a bar , and also a room dedicated as a cigar room! The hotel is super close to the train station, maybe a 5 minute walk. Close to the center of town and easily walkable. We felt safe at night. The staff is very helpful and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. The room got warm even though we turned the heat off and opened the door. But it wasn’t unmanageable. We were there when it was cooler so we liked having a balcony to get that fresh air. I’d recommend and stay here again without any hesitation. "

"Room and hotel were great overall. Bed was comfy. Pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. I was here in middle of October, so, a/c was off but so was the heat on the first 2 nights. My last night, they turned on/up the heat and it was roasting in the room both during the night and in the morning. The room isna great size and had plenty of closet space. It even had a refrigerator. The bathroom was big and had a warming towel rack. However, it was not turned on as they explained it was still "summer" for them. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel as well. You could choose to sit outdoors or inside as well. This hotel is also a very easy and short (3 min) walk to Interlaken West and bus stop. The staff were so nice and they do laundry servixes for a charge. If I come to Interlaken again, I'll definitely consider staying here again. "
