"Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient.
The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak. Reception acknowledged the issue and initially offered a paid option, though we were later provided with a portable WiFi device.

"Great location close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Not ski in/out but only a short walk to the nearest lift. Spa facilities were great to unwind after busy day on the slopes. Will be back"
