"We had a lovely week staying here. Although a little dated, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and beds provided a great night's sleep. The garden was large and although not enclosed was great for our older lab. Previous reviews mentioned the steps down to the front door. For clarity, there are two steps on a gravelly slope. "If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

"We loved your cottage. Everything we needed and more was on offer. Comfy beds, lovely sitting room and a fantastic power shower! The secluded garden sitting area was an unexpected bonus. Having a great pub restaurant minutes from the house was very handy, and of course there is so much to do in the Drumnadrochit area. The host was on hand, yet unobtrusive. Very helpful. We highly recommend this cottage!"

"We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week ."

"We had a lovely stay at Knoydart Cottage, the cottage itself is very homely and the view is spectacular. The kids had a ball exploring the garden, although we encountered a few ticks, so do keep an eye out. The convenience of the Duisdale Hotel literally being next door was great for the nights we couldn't be bothered cooking dinner. A beautiful part of Skye, Armadale Castle down the road is also a must see, fabulous play area for the kids. Highly recommend 👌"
