Pet Friendly - As you step through the front door, you're welcomed into a spacious and elegant hallway, from which all four bedrooms branch off. The master bedroom, located at the front of the property, offers a queen sized bed, a cozy sitting area, a walk in robe and a private ensuite complete with a shower and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed, two with queen beds and one featuring two single beds plus two trundles, which is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Each of these bedrooms includes built in wardrobes, floor ducted heating and TV's for extra comfort.

At the rear of the home, the expansive open plan kitchen, living and dining area is flooded with natural light thanks to high ceilings and large windows on three sides. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, separate cooktop, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and a generous double sink. A large island bench with seating for four and a well stocked butler’s pantry, complete with a second fridge, sink, microwave and toaster make this space ideal for entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a substantial eight seater table. On either side, you'll find two inviting lounge areas. One boasts two three seater sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system, while the second offers a relaxed setting with multiple chairs. Step outside to discover a generous rear deck designed for outdoor living, furnished with a six seater dining set, six additional chairs, small inground firepit and a gas BBQ. A secondary deck area to the side provides an additional peaceful sitting space.
