This beautiful three-bedroom, two bathroom holiday home is positioned in the heart of Inverloch, only a short 1 minute walk to the beach via a private laneway and only a 10 minute walk to Inverloch' s finest boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and bike trails.

Entering the property, you'll be greeted with a soft coastal aura, vinyl easy care flooring/carpet and comfortable stylish furniture, combined with some special coastal touches to make this a very attractive home away from home. The Home has air conditioning, central heating and a heat pump hot water service for endless hot water.

The property contains 2 queen sized bedrooms and a bedroom with 1 tri-bunk, comfortably sleeping 7 people. The bathroom features a bath and shower with a separate toilet. Additionally, the laundry contains both a washing machine and dryer, ideal for families wanting to stay for week long holidays. There is also a multi use games table which can be used for either a game of air hockey, pool or table tennis also featuring another shower and toilet.

The newly renovated kitchen boasts light and contains all the essential items to make your stay a breeze: including a refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle/toaster and all necessary cooking utensils.

Wind down and relax in the private loungeroom, containing comfortable sofas, a TV with Netflix, wifi and even some games for extra entertainment for the kids. Furthermore, take a seat in either the lounge, dining area or outdoor veranda and enjoy a morning coffee with a view of the ocean.

The outdoor area consists of an outdoor setting and BBQ, ideal for those warm summer nights. Additionally, the backyard contains a large garden perfect for the kids to run around. A beautifully designed pool, perfect for the hot days at home. The pool is maintained at 26 degrees in January and February.

This property features a games room in the garage with automatic door, you'll also find an bathroom featuring shower and toilet and a snooker table, air hockey table, pool table and table tennis table. No need to stress about getting sand inside when you can wash it off in the garage.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
