We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic. Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great."

"Easy to find and well sign posted. The property was clean and tidy with a nice little welcome pack. The view was stunning, even with misty starts and the little play area was easily supervised from the pods. "Great stay - entry was easy and without any fuss. The room is large and bed was great, ample power points with USB A and C. We stayed overnight on the way to Loch Ness Marathon - will be back during the daytime to visit the rewinding centre properly, as it looked really interesting. Good parking at the main car park, with EV chargers - a great perk in the not-so-well-served highlands "

"The Lovat at Loch Ness is a charming and stylish lakeside hotel. The property has two lovely lounges, even a grand piano, and is equipped with an elevator — a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight: besides the classic Highland Breakfast, we tried the Kedgeree (smoked haddock with curried rice and poached egg), which was absolutely delicious and a wonderful Scottish surprise. "Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We...
