We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was lovely, the hosts were communicative and kind, and the room was clean and cozy. It was a central location - so easy to walk to parking and restaurants.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Pitfaranne Guest House. It is in a convenient location close to the train station, although there are several steps, which I only highlight because of transporting luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops, etc.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Apartment was clean and we loved the kitchenette with full size fridge. Only downside was the bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. One of our rooms had an afternoon of no hot water, but it seemed to be a fluke as the hot water was back that evening. Parking is not on site, but very close.

This is a very comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Our family enjoyed the room and the yummy food offered every morning by pre-order and payment the day before. Everything was really clean and the staff are kind and friendly. There isn't parking at the property but there is a parking lot about 2 blocks over if needed. Overall, would highly recommend!

Location was fabulous and amenities great! On the downside, the bathroom was very small, my husband had to sit sideways and shower drain was not working very well so you ended up standing in water up to your ankles. Also soundproofing could use some help! Upstairs guest sounded like they were moving furniture till midnight!

Nice quiet location a short walking distance from the high street. The room was warm and the bed super comfortable. Small size toilet but clean. The property doesn’t have parking on site, as wrongly advertised, but they were super kind sharing nearby options ahead of my stay. Staff were friendly too!

Stayed for a long weekend while taking part in the Etape. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a perfect location, just a stone's throw from the town centre. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They truly made our stay special. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute apartment and thoughtfully appointed. The owners are friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located to historical areas of Inverness and the river walk. I definitely recommend this place.

This was one of our favorite stays over a 3 week Ireland/Scotland tour. Perfectly situated for walking the town, and for getting out to explore sights. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked, it felt like a real home away from home. The hosts Maggie and Malcolm were as kind as could be, and made us feel welcome. They also helped point us in directions when we had questions about restaurants or driving. I’d highly recommend a stay here.
