"Check in was smooth, appears the manager of the place does check in and serves breakfast, possibly cooks the breakfast. Place is very run down, bedding was clean but carpet is stained, and areas of building were extremely messy and cluttered. Breakfast was good, dining room clean. Grounds were also very unkept."
