"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. "This was a great hotel for our family to stay at while visiting friends in the Steyr area. The front desk staff was polite and courteous, although their English was not as good as in some of the other more touristy areas of Austria.
