"We have stayed here 4 to 5 times as this is our hotel of choice when staying in Ioannina. We hadn't planned this stay but the heavens opened so we were trapped in a bar (shame!) and decided to have a few more drinks and book a hotel for the night. "There is nothing like it in Ioannina. It’s a fabulous boutique hotel that is located in the best part of the city. If you appreciate major luxury hotels or ‘cool’ boutique hotels then definitely stay here. The staff is wonderful and very caring — my wife needed extra conditioner one morning and the owner offered her own, even driving to her nearby home to retrieve it."

"Metropolis hotel was overbooked, so they gave us apartment in Kamares Boutique hotel with no extra charge. We received a message from Kamares with guidance how to reach the hotel. Nearby was hotel’s free parking. The hotel was ancient greek house and we felt like in fairy tale. Beautiful, clean, well kept. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Recommend! "
