Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The staff is not responsible, 1st day did not his clean up and service the room. 2nd day, did not do his duty at all. When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson. Thank you for the wonderful lesson from the drink store guy protect the irresponsible hotel staff.
